Exporting and Keeping Your Scan Reports

Save a scan report as a PDF or web page, use your scan history on the PC, and keep proof for appeals and admins.

A scan report is evidence, for you as much as for the admins. AACGUARD lets you keep your own copies, so you can prove what a scan said even months later.

Export a report

In the scan report, use the export option to save it as a PDF or a web page. The export contains the verdict, the score and every finding with its explanation. Exporting is free for everyone.

Scan history on your PC

The app keeps your last 10 scans on your PC, so you can reopen a recent report without scanning again. This history stays on your computer.

The online scan page

Every uploaded scan also has its own page on aacguard.com. That page is what admins usually look at, because it cannot be edited by the player. Keep the link: it is the easiest proof to share.

When exports are useful

  • Appeals. Attach a screenshot of the export, or describe what changed between two scans.
  • Changing communities. Show a new server your recent clean history.
  • Your own records. Compare an older scan with a new one after cleaning up old files.

An exported file is a copy for your records. If an admin needs certainty, send them the aacguard.com scan link.
